Ocean Breaths is a datapack that makes it easy to explore the ocean from the start of a game! You can breathe underwater thanks to the bubbles and the ocean chimneys.

Features of Ocean Breaths
Oxygen bubbles
When you are in an Ocean biome (any type) with your head underwater, you can see air bubbles appearing on the ocean floor.
If you pass through the air bubble, you get an Underwater Breathing effect for 20 seconds (configurable). The bubble is consumed.
Ocean chimneys
When you are in an Ocean biome (any type) with your head under water, you can find oceanic chimneys on the ocean floor.
If you stand next to a chimney, you get an Underwater Breathing effect for 30 seconds (configurable). The chimney remains active.
Commands
Change options of Ocean Breaths
You can type the command in the chat. You must be an operator and have a premium datapack version.

Uninstall the datapack
You can make the command in the chat. You must be an operator.
